- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Maintain only one account per individual (unless authorized for organizational use)

We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that appear to contain inaccurate information, are being used in violation of these Terms, or have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Content You Upload
The Service allows you to upload video footage and other content ("User Content"). This section explains how your content is handled and what rights you grant to AirPLAi Sports.
Ownership
You retain full ownership of any User Content you upload to the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your raw footage or original content to AirPLAi Sports.
Your Representations
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to upload the content (you filmed it, own it, or have explicit authorization from the content owner)
- You have obtained any necessary permissions from the league, team, venue, or organization associated with the footage
- The content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- The content consists of legitimate sports game footage and related materials
License to AirPLAi
By uploading User Content, you grant AirPLAi Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. This includes generating derivative works such as statistics, highlights, analytics, player tracking data, and searchable metadata from your footage.
AI and Machine Learning
To continuously improve our technology and deliver better results for all users, you also grant AirPLAi Sports the right to use uploaded content (including video, images, and data derived from your content) to develop, improve, and train machine learning models and AI systems. This includes, but is not limited to, computer vision models for player detection and tracking, action and event recognition, sports analytics models, and related AI technologies.
Content used for model training and development may be anonymized, aggregated, and combined with data from other users. Our goal is to build better sports intelligence technology that benefits the entire community of users. Individual users or specific individuals in footage will not be singled out or identified in training datasets without separate consent.
Derivative Works
AirPLAi Sports may generate derivative works from your User Content, including but not limited to game statistics, box scores, player performance metrics, highlight clips, and analytical reports. These derivative works may be used as part of the Service, shared with authorized users within your organization, or incorporated into aggregated, anonymized datasets.
5. Acceptable Use
We want to keep AirPLAi a productive and respectful environment for everyone. When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share or that you are not authorized to distribute
- Upload content that is not related to sports (the Service is designed for game footage and related materials)
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any proprietary algorithms, models, or source code from the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without written permission
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or allow others to access the Service through your account
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or security measures
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization
We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.
6. Data and Privacy
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Here is a summary of how we handle your information:

- Third-party services: We may use third-party tools for analytics, payment processing, and infrastructure. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
A comprehensive Privacy Policy with additional details will be published separately. When available, the Privacy Policy will be incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, source code, algorithms, machine learning models, user interface, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AirPLAi Sports and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Specifically, AirPLAi Sports retains all rights to:
- The AirPLAi platform, PLAi Ground, PLAi Chat, and all associated branding, logos, and trademarks
- All computer vision models, AI systems, algorithms, and proprietary technology
- Analytics, statistics, and insights generated by the Service (as derivative works of the processing pipeline, distinct from your raw footage)
- The structure, organization, and presentation of data within the platform
As noted in Section 4, you retain ownership of your raw footage and original User Content. The analytical outputs, statistics, and derivative works generated by the Service from your content may be used by both you (within the Service) and AirPLAi Sports (for platform improvement, aggregated insights, and related purposes).
8. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription or per-event basis. If you purchase a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in a separate agreement
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing cycle
If payment fails or your account falls into arrears, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension.
Enterprise and custom pricing arrangements are governed by separate agreements between AirPLAi Sports and the subscribing organization.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
- AirPLAi Sports may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your User Content for a reasonable period (up to 90 days) to allow you to request a copy of your data. After this retention period, your content may be permanently deleted from our systems.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 4 (Content You Upload), 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), and 11 (Limitation of Liability).
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to deliver accurate and reliable results, we want to be transparent about certain limitations:
- Accuracy: Statistics, analytics, player tracking, and other outputs generated by the Service are produced by AI and computer vision systems. While we strive for high accuracy, these results may contain errors and should not be treated as official or certified statistics.
- Availability: We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
- Beta features: Some features may be labeled as beta, experimental, or early access. These features are provided for testing and feedback purposes and may not perform as expected.
- Video quality: The quality of analytics and outputs depends on the quality of the uploaded footage. Poor camera angles, low resolution, or obstructed views may affect results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirPLAi Sports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirPLAi Sports and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall the total liability of AirPLAi Sports exceed the amount you have paid to AirPLAi Sports in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (such as an email notification or an in-app banner)
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, your remedy is to stop using the Service and request account deletion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
